Tracie Woods to Lead First Tennessee Diversity Outreach Initiative

In her position as director of workforce development and inclusion, Woods will develop and monitor recruiting and inclusion strategies and will establish community partnerships to increase awareness of the company's commitment to diversity. Woods has an extensive background in corporate recruitment, including previous human resource positions in the financial services and healthcare industries. She is a certified diversity recruiter and a board member of the Memphis chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management. |
